Rose Hartley is an Adelaide writer whose first novel (working title “The Caravan“) is currently shortlisted for Varuna’s Publisher Introduction Program. In 2013, her alter ego Florence Child was runner up in the inaugural 457 Prize for Poetry. Rose’s short fiction has appeared in the Adelaide Fringe WORD anthology and the University of Melbourne creative writing anthology. She also writes for Saturn Program, a collaborative art/music/writing project with Melbourne producer Cosmo Black.
