Dr Pascale Chifflet is a Senior Lecturer at La Trobe University Law School. She researches and teaches in the areas of international criminal law, criminal procedure and evidence law, with a particular focus on the study of systemic justice processes, miscarriages of justice and police accountability. Prior to becoming an academic, she worked for ten years at the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia in The Netherlands.
